John Jeffcott serves as the IT Director at Maryland Legal Aid, specializing in cybersecurity, business intelligence, and process automation. He graduated from Columbia Law School in 2012 and earned a cum laude degree in English Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2008. John’s previous roles include managing IT-related contracts for the Department of Defense with a federal contractor and working in market research. His work is driven by a lifelong passion for computer systems and a commitment to efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and frequently plans new routes.
