Jeffrey Kaplan is the Chief Attorney of the Domestic Law Unit at Maryland Legal Aid. He specializes in family law. Jeffrey graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2009 and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a business minor from Towson University in 2002, summa cum laude. Jeffrey’s previous experience includes running his own private law firm for ten years at the Law Offices of Fisher & Kaplan, LLC, where the firm handled family law, criminal law, estate work and personal injury. His work is inspired by his desire to help people. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with my family, watching his daughter grow up and playing with his shih tzu.
